FAQ:

Q. Can I use your 100 theme adoptable list?
A. Of course, there’s no need to ask.

Q. Can I sell you my adoptable back to you/trade my adoptable for another of yours?
A. No. There are also no refunds.

Q. Can I add accessories/Can I change the gender/Can I make it into a different species/Can I give it a human or animal form?
A. Of course, any design you purchase from us becomes yours. You can breed them, sell them off too if you’d like. We won’t check up to see if you’re using them (if you’d like to send us a link to images of them though, please do :) ). Nor will we ever take them back.

Q. Can you give me this adopt for X /Will you accept a trade/design for this adoptable?
A. If it is one of the 100 themes adoptables, then sometimes we will negotiate a price, but not on the group adoptables when a set price is given. The main reason being is it’s not fair to the other people have paid full price.

Q. Would you draw me this for free/Would you like to do a design trade?
A. We rarely open requests/trades and there will be a notice on our page when they are open.

Q. Can I buy this adopt?
A. Of course, if it hasn’t been spoken for. Once we reply to your comment you have 24 hours to send the points (or a week if it is a trade), if you don’t I simply offer the adoptable to someone else. Please don't send the points until we've given the go-ahead, it will not guarentee you the pony and it's likely we wont give you the points back, We have too much to deal with already without annoying customers.

Q. Is this for sale?
A. If it doesn’t say so in the comments, then no.

Q. Can you remove the watermark?
A. We don't keep the PSD files when we've uploaded the design onto DA, so it's not really practical to re-fix the design plus the watermarks are there for my protection. If it doesn't say in the comments that you will recieve a watermark free image, then you won't. Simple.

Q. I don’t have the points now, can I order a custom/commission and pay you when I get them?
A. No, sorry but we only accept pre-paid commissions.

Q. Can you reserve this pony for me?
A. We do not do reserves any more as we have lots of people who either don't get back to us or decide they don't want the pony after X amount of time. This holds up the adoption of the pony if others wish to buy.

Q. Can you message me when X pony comes up for adoption/ when you do the theme X on your list?
A. We are unable to do this due to the simple reasoning that it is too hard to keep track of who would like messaging about which pony. If you follow us it'll come up when we upload it anyway, so just keep an eye out!~

Q. Can I digitalise/recolour your pony?
A. Please, feel free to use our art as a reference or as inspiration but please don't just trace over the orignal image.

Q. Can you create a custom for me using X lines?
A. Not at the moment, customs are closed. However most of our older linearts are for sale if you'd like a specific one.

Q. Will you be uploading the lines for these?
A. Perhaps, perhaps not. If it's just a one off adoptable then we probably won't have even saved the lines to our computer.

Q. X looks awesome, I might buy her, maybe.
A. Good for you, but we're not going to offer you a lower price just because you beat around the bush. If you're going to haggle; do it properly.

Q. When are you re-opening requests/customs/commissions/trades/ect?
A. Not in the forseeable future.

Q. Will you enter my contest/offer a prize for my contest?
A. Probably not, we're kind of swamped as it is.
